I bought a brand new laptop at the store. Hp brand, with a messed up software. I took back the laptop several times for repairs but same issue consist. Windows where downgraded without any luck. When l raise the concern they tell me that software upgrade is not part of the warranty. My question is that the laptop is new, less than 6 months a client complaints about the issues and you admit that that brand has problems other clients have been complaining about it, but you still not willing to assist.
