I have upgraded last year in April this, I have been charged R402 per month. What is this carry over fee for, when is it going to end? When I took the contract it was never mentioned to me, if I knew I would never sign up for it. I have been having contracts with Telkom for years and I have never been treated like this. When I phone I am being told the end date of the carry over is October 2024. I really don't understand it, I never signed for this, my contract for this device is R1000 less R402.
