I made a settlement payment on my telkom account, when I called to find out if the payment is reflecting I was told that I was given the incorrect reference number. I was then told to send proof of payment to the documents department which is did and since then no one has called me back. I need this sorted as I require a paid up letter. The agents are rude, was screaming and kept speaking over me
Why do I now have to wait 7 working days for you to reallocate my payment when your agent gave me the wrong reference
This is disgusting service, I was promised several manager callbacks and no one has contacted me back yet
