Absolutely the worst service ever! I rated them 1-star only because there was no lower rating available. My Daughter cancelled her Gym-membership on 24 September 2021. It is 3 December 2021 and they still have not actually cancelled her membership while happily debiting her for her monthly membership fee. I have spoken to the call centre twice, sent 2-emails, spoke to 2-sales reps and spoken to the branch manager at Virgin Active N1-city. Still NOTHING!!! What a sorry state of affairs for a national chain to have such poor service delivery.
