I am a regular custormer at the the PnP VR Mall Edenvale. I do my shopping there at least once a day. I know the lady manger well. I spoke to her this moring regarding one of the cashiers that assisted me. This lady had no customer skills. Instead of greeting me first, while scanning my items she was having a chat with some of her friends (cashiers) I ended up greeting this cashier whereby her response asking plastic? I do not appriciate this type of service. Please get your staff trained to have customer skills before they attend to assist the public.
