I bought DSTV and installation at Pep Diepkloof square and when they came to install it firstly they just call and say we are outside as if we are always at home doing nothing, then I explained that I’m at work so they must call me in advance but they continued doing that then when they finally installed it my girlfriend was at home but when they were done they did not leave my 25m cable because where I’m staying there was one installed already then I called them and asked why they didn’t leave my cable because I paid for it and the guy just said “sorry we forgot”. How do you forget to do your job, something you do everyday then I told him you didn’t forget you were trying to take chances because my girlfriend was home so he took advantage that my girlfriend doesn’t know how these things work. I am deeply disappointed with the service from Pep stores I will never shop there ever again.
