Intercape are dropping the ball now, used to love travelling on its buses. How does a 20:30 bus leaves at 22:00 . The bus was 3317 from Park Station to Durban on the 1st October 2021. The same bus a week later was supposed to leave at 09:00 but left 30 minutes late. About 15 minutes into the trip the driver stopped on the side of the road, didn't inform us till about 20 minutes later. Apparently there were passengers who weren't supposed to be in the bus. Why that wasn't checked before the bus left I don't know. We were supposed to be in Durban at 16:30 but we got there after 18:00. PATHETIC!!!
