I waited too long at pep store matoks to be assisted..the que wasn't moving it was very hot inside and the aircorn was not working..we support the business in return we don't feel appreciated..the customer service is not shown by any staff ..I feel like they are there ? for making us favor.. This is the first time I visited a pep and i feel unappreciated and disappointed with the service..the cashier are not friendly and unprofessional ..I wish that a Service recovery can step in and do something about this situation ?....
