Mr Price - Phone

I send a phone for repairs at one of your stores Emoyeni mall around March even today I haven't got it back. Itel 1 vision pro . The lady said it came back with a creked screen and they are trying to solve the problem.

I made follow up many times . They say in store They are still waiting for their bosses response. Even showed me the chats between her and her bosses yet the was no response .

It's been 7 months without a phone I want my phone in good condition or my money. You already lost me as a customer
