I bought a phone. On the exact same day not even hours after the purchase i herded what sounded like a loose object inside the phone. I put it directly in the box.The next day i went back to the store and asked for them to replace it or give me a refund. Instead the area manager was screaming at me and his staff as if he hated his job. Can i please a refund or replacement of the phone.
