Cartrack - Unauthorized debit order

I have canceled the services of cartrack May 10 2022, called in and got outstanding balance and fees. Paid the amounts needed and was sent a cancelation letter stating my account has been canceled. Now all of a sudden after a year my account is being deducted without me authorizing the debit and without my knowledge. I called Cartrack to find out why this is happening and i am told i own them money. And when I explain to the consultants they just say i owe money without any explanations on their side.
