I joined cartrack in October 2021, i have been paying premiums every month. I just descovered from their Agent that i am not covered because i did not do device testing every 3 months, which it was the first time for me to hear about it, no one from cartrack ever called me on the whole 24 months that i was paying to notify me about device testing, if something had happened to my car they were not going to pay my claim becouse of that.
So i was covered for only first 3 months, i need cartrack to pay me back my monthly payment that i was paying every month for 21 months without being covered, as they didn't bother to call and tell me about this device testing, i didn't even see it on their terms and conditions. Theres 12 months left on the contract and i am deciding to not continue with it and look for another tracking company, they keep calling and making legal threats.
# Even if they say is on their teams and conditions, why are they keeping on collecting monthly premiums when they know that i am not covered
There was no reminder from them about it, even a call in 24 months.
