Cartrack - Fail to fix tracking unit but the deduct money every month

I had a problem with the cartracker unit/device that is not working. It shows that
the vehicle is stationed at one place and they fail to help me in that regard, I reported the matter last year(2023) October telephonically , I called numerous time and I was told the complaint have been logged and that they will send technicians but the matter has not been resolve but the installment is deducted in my account monthly without fail for the device that is not working.
