Cartrack - Cartrack won't pay warranty claim

I installed the device on the 24th of August 2021. I did the contact over the phone, I was told if my car won't get recovered they will pay up to 150k. They gave me terms and conditions but never mentioned the testing of a device every 3months. My car got hijacked when I claim they started sending me all the term and conditions they never disclosed.

I have requested for proof that I was informed about this but they have failed to. They just won't reply me
