On the 20 December I received an order 142910733 but one item was missing i immediately emailed Takealot customer support, I was told it would take 48hrs. To date i have sent 3 follow up email but no response.

this is so poor service especially as the item was intended for a gift to my son on xmas.

Basically a good site, but the service in December was appalling.
