Takealot - Log a return and is still not solved

I ordered a pump and solar panel order nr 148098612. This item did not meet my requirements.And also this was not a new item used because not in original package and cable were cut.. I did log a return MRRN-254ZX-G4JV and Takealot decline. They send te package back to me and I received an elephant that I did not even ordered, totally wrong item. Asp per conversation with the call center instructions they will send the item back to me and I must log another return. Please solve this matter. The lady try at the branch near me try to assist me and she also assist calling the call center.
