I placed an order on March 2024, ordering an iPhone 11 64GB worth R10 499 from takealot. They delivered a wrong product which was a jersey on April 2nd 2024. After noticing this I immediately went back to the app to notify them and they collected the wring order with agreement of delivering the correct order to me. On the 9th they sent an email that stated that they cannot replace my order because the product is finished at their warehouse and they will therefore credit my account back within 24 hours but they did not. I called about 3 takealot agents and they said they will investigate and get back to me but they never did. I ordered that iPhone because my graduation is around the corner and I need it but now takealot says they cannot replace it so I am hereby requesting to be refunded back my money.
