Takealot - Did not receive my wireless headsets

On the 28th of October i placed an oreder at takealot i ordered 4 parcels,baby foldable bath tub,ear rings,crayons ang wireless headsets, takealot did not deliver me my headsets i only received 3 parcels instead of 4parcels and they refuse to deliver them .
