PEP - Poor service and incompetence of staff

good day

i would like to complain about the customer service agent i spoke to today by the name of Mendy who was incompetent and poor service level. i called asking for a statement she transferred my call to Noqolo only to find out that Noqolo can not assist and put me back to the dash board where i got Mendy again and asked her to send me a statement and asked why she transferred the call in the 1st place, which to showed that she did not want to assist in the 1st place. the as she was asking security question she asking me for a date i opened the account which i doubt anyone remembers the date they opened their account, she continued to ask where i opened the account i told her i went to pep cell where they help to with my account not the portal, i sent am email but no one got back to me hence i went to the store to open the account. i asked her to transfer the call to a team leader or supervisor or provide me with their contact s she refused. the team leader i spoke to was not willing to listen to me as a client all he care about was to get his point across which was pointless because he was not helpful at all, his name is Siya. he later transferred me to Mawethu who later told me i will receive an invoice within 24hrs which is ridiculous to say the least. i want a statement because a company that will be paying needs an invoice not an sms so i fail to understand such a big company could fail to send a simple thing like a statement. disappointed at your service will pay and cancel this account . would not recommend anyone to take up any of your products. your agents are useless.

they never even called to apologize or resolve the issue, let alone an email
