Good day

I made use of the courier service at PEP. The lady in the store asked me must they send it with the 3-5 day or the 7-9 day.

I asked for the quickest way so send a parcel so it can be in Kroonstad next week.

The customer in Kroonstad fowarded the message he received- PAXI :) Your parcel D611021919810 has been sent! Destination is P0682 PEP KROONSTAD REITZ STREET. Delivery by 2024-01-02 www.paxi.co.za

I phoned the store to asked way did the lady advice me to pay the more expensive option if the parcel will only reach Kroonstad on the 2/01/2024.
When i asked to get head office number and her name she recond me she will not speak to me because im rude. I wasnt rude at all i asked her a number and she put the phone down in my ear.
This is realy rude service and i will make sure to tell people what kind of service the public gets from PEP Rembrand Mall Paarl. I the lady doent like working with people, she must the rather pack the store room.

This was really not necessary and leaves a oval tast in any customers mouth.
