I sent my parcel with PAXI on the 6th of December it was supposed to be delivered on the 13th of December today it is the 18th and nothing is being communicated to me from Paxi’s side. I tried contacting them and they said “They is nothing the can help me with”. Mind you they telling me about ensuring the package whereas when I brought send that package they said nothing about insurance. Another thing, this parcel that is missing is a contract router of which is Mtn property and not my property meaning that when they contract finishes I have to return it to MTN. So how do I insure something that is not mine? But then I am only afforded the right of use?
