On the 10th of January l sent a parcel to pep Bedworth Vereeniging via paxi services unfortunately my client wasnt able to pick it up due to reasons l can't reveal. I then contacted paxi via whatsup to please send the parcel back and l will cover the costs and they agreed! That was February 20/21st! A week passed with no feedback from them l called them they said the parcel is missing from pep Vereeniging Bedworth! I then asked whats the way forward but up to today no one wants to solve the matter I'm given a run around! It's now frustrating honestly ?we now In April nothing has been solved! I asked the urgents again today they told me the same thing the parcel is still missing! I need pep to take responsibility and cover my parcel because it looks like one of their employee stole the parcel! Please ro right by me! You will lose clientele because in cases like these you dispear on your clients and never offer solution!l won't rest until the shoes have been recovered l can't lay for your mistakes!
