Nedbank - 2 refunds that was prossesed on my amex card

I had 2 refunds done on my Amex card that is closed on the 14 June 2023 I was told to go to the bank after 10 days to get my refund because my account is closed I have sent an email to recall the transaction back to the company but it's already almost end of July I did not recieve my money in my account I was told it would be paid into the suspense account where I opened it but I'm not in cape Town at the moment how will I get this money back I was three times inside the bank at different branches but I could not get my problem resolved

Still waiting for the payments to be reversed In my active nedbank account

Stil waiting for the money to appear in my new account that is active since last month the money went into the branch suspense account

I did not recieve anything yet in my bank account
