My name is Mpho Tshifularo who choose to bank with Nedbank by choice
I am not a person who visit the branches I need of services
But today I had to visit the branch because my card is expired
When i reach Nedbank the cleaner showed me someone who will assist me i waited for the lady for such a long ......then I saw the other que moving I decided to join that que
I happens the guy called next...I said I am here because my card had expired and he said there are no cards in the branch after a had queued for long
Funny enough when I entered the branch someone said cards are available ..
I told the guy that someone said cards are available I even pointed the lady that said she's got a card
The guy replied with rudeness saying the person who said has got a card should have assisted me ,he also said that he is busy he can't go and ask the lady to give her the card that was the worst statement to me as a client. He was too bossy to listen to me as a client he will make me hate Nedbank.
