Intercape - Poor service of agents

Intercape has poor service and their agents are not patient and friendly. I tried calling the 24 hour call center because I had an emergency and they didn't answer. I texted them again on WhatsApp and that side it was worse the agents were so impatient and they didn't even give me enough information
