DStv - Dstv contract

Last week I called to make contract with dstv the lady I spoke to said it will be delivered on 28 of Feb 2024 at 10am even today didn't receive my decorder that make me so disappointed when ever I called others told me to wait 24 hours ,others said I must wait for a day or 48 hours since last week Wednesday no 1 told me straight answer. I would like to know how dstv work with contract customer and how many days should I wait until I receive my decorder.thank you
