I am unable to view the Catch up on my Premium package due to a technical fault at dstv. This fault is over a month long and dstv dont appear to be doing anything about it. I have reported this several times and i get the same lame response each time. I am paying for a service i am not getting, what is the legal position in this case? i feel they, dstv should compensate me for their inability to provide this service to me or fix this problem immediately. They do not even have the decency to put any messages on the tv or on their website in this regard, shocking, shocking service.
