Builders Warehouse - Phantom delivery and no responsibility taken

Phantom Deliveries and no accontability
You place an order with Builders Warehouse Sunningdale in the week.
They promise delivery Friday. No delivery. No phone call whatsoever.

Two phone calls on our part today, Saturday. No return call and no explanation.

Eventually I got through to an Anton, a manager at the store.
According to Value Logistics, delivery was made and they do not do deliveries on Saturdays.

We have received nothing. No boards. No service and no curtesy or responsibility from a supposed customer service orientated company.
