My experience with Builders Warehouse was disappointing, to say the least. I placed an online order, which was delivered in two shipments. I initiated a return for some items that didn't meet my expectations, but the process has been marred by delays and miscommunication.
Despite multiple follow-up calls, my refund request was initially mishandled, with an agent suggesting I hadn't asked for a refund, which defies common sense. Despite assurances, I haven't received any updates on the status of my refund.
The lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and disappointed. I hope Builders Warehouse takes customer satisfaction seriously and resolves such issues promptly in the future.
