Builders Warehouse - Lack of customer service

I went to Builders Express in Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth at around 2PM on the Saturday the 2nd Dec 2023 to buy a Skimmer Box.

When I arrived at Builders Express there was no one in the Pool Section who could assist. I waited for 30min to see if someone was going to assist me. I eventually decided to go to the customer desk in the front of the store to look for assistance. No one was manning the desk and I had to ask the security guard to call someone. Eventually someone came to the customer desk and I explained to her that I am waiting for someone to assist me at the Pool section.

The lady called for someone to come assist, but once again no one showed up. This obviously frustrated me and I decided that I will rather leave the store since my money is not needed by the company.
