University of Free State - Ufs not providing printed academic certificates within specified time

Reprinted certificates were ordered from the University of the Free State. The specified time for reprinting of these documents was 10 days. It is now 29 days since I have applied for the certificates. The University replied to update requests that as soon as the documents have been printed a notification will be send and that due to a high volume of requests it will take longer. No time period has been specified and my last email has not been answered. These documents are needed for application purposes and may influence future income.
