NSFAS - Nsfas funding

Nsfas defunded me - and there was no communication when they defunded me I only found today I was defunded 7th January - we are already in April - how am I suppose to appeal when appeal date closed 15 March ! Nsfas is at fault for not informing me to give me a fair chance to appeal in time
