NSFAS - Approved for funding but lack of progress on funding 2024

My daughter has been approved for 2024 NASFAS loan funding, but the challenge that the institution she has registered her studies say they haven't got conformation that the student funding has been approved. When contacting the NASFAS they say they the give contradicting information, some say NSFAS does not give bursary for postgraduate, and others say the has been approved they are waiting for student registration date from the institution.
