Tyme bank - Lack of after sales customer/technical support

Following my phone being lost I reinstalled the Tymebank banking app on a new phone and called the customer care to get assistance to reset login credentials and held for over 30 minutes before being cut-off, now I am stuck without any access to my banking. There is simply no after sales support with Tymebank
