I has problem with transferring money called them and they advised that the issue could be the limit, and I said its fine after ending the call they blocked my account and when I call them I am transferred to fraud department and hold line 5 minutes up until my airtime runs out so I need to keep on buying airtime so fucken pissed

The complaint was never resolved after I have lodged it I had to call again and was not resolved done it by my self via app so your service suxks
