Parcels ordered from Standerton for children for Christmas and were dispatched on 14 December heading to George. System never changed again after the 15th saying they en route. Visited Courier Guy a depot in George to find one of the two parcels arrived. So took that one as was heading to daughter in Ballito. Second one I asked them to redirect to son in Knysna. After all the promises and many phone calls the item is still no sent. I spoke to them yesterday again and they confirmed that they have the parcel and will reroute to Knysna. Son visited the courier guy Knysna today 23 December and there is no parcel for him, despite all the promises from George Depot. And try the be told the whole day today George depot not taking calls !!!!!

Parcel was not scanned by anybody in George depot but was sent to Knysna depot, this is the reason nobody knew where the parcel was. Knysna kiosk service was top class. I understand they move millions of parcels and these things happen…. Just keep client abreast.
