The courier guy - Parcel delivered damaged

I had a parcel delivered by the courier guy and it was damaged and they are refusing to take responsibility for the damage instead are blaming the company that I bought the item from for their mess up. Clearly that should not be taking on deliveries that they are unable to provide proper delivery for. I will lay a complaint on every social media platform everyday if I have to to ensure this does not happen to anybody else. I will definatley be advising the company I work and family and friends of the poor delivery service received from the courier guy. They have all the excuses of was the package packaged properly was the package damaged I am the customer not the person that is providing the service asking me all these irrelevant questions. I know for a fact that the place that I bought the item from would of never allowed for the parcel to leave them being damaged because that would be a poor reflection for them as a busy but "THE COURIER GUY" feels its their fault. Clearly they don't know what they are doing and the company mission statement should be changed. Im am fed up of poor service delivery and their needs to be accountability and responsibility for your action. The item was damaged while in transit.

I will never use this company they need to stick to delivering envelopes and leave the big deliveries for the companys that know how to deliver big item of big value.i have told friends family and I work for a big organisation and I've told them about the kind of service that the courier guy provides and won't stop telling people about the poor service they provide oh and before I order online now I've gotten into a habit of asking if these guys deliver and if they do I refuse and ask for a different courier company that's how bad it is and also them about the courier guy and warn them about how my item was damaged and they refused to take ownership for the damage
