I have retired from medical practice over 1 year ago. I canceled all my telkom products in June 2022. The cancelation was effected and no billing nor debit order payments went out to telkom. Suddenly, on 6th October 2023,I received a payment notification to telkom. I did not reinstate any new telkom contracts. This transaction is illegal and unauthorized. Telkom customer care cannot shed light on this matter. An amount of R796 was taken out of my account for no reason, service or authorization.
