It has been 6 days since our LTE has been working in our town. We have logged complaints and we have been patient. Now I call the Service centre to find out what is wrong, the consultant first does not listen when I tell her it is not a router problem. She then advises that she cannot log a call even if the tower is faulty. She then proceeds to tel me that I am not responding fast enough and that she is going to terminate the call. Upon asking het if she is still on the line when she did not respond she laughed and said that she cannot speak while I am speaking....which was not the case. So she is allowed to treat others that way. How are people like this in customer service? She then proceeded to ONCE again ask me to reset my router..... I am not calm any more and I am so upset I can cry.
