My account was suspended due to non payment, I made a payment for my data card on Wednesday morning… tell me why every time I call I’m told to wait for 24 to 48 hour. Unfortunately when I made the payment I didn’t used the whole eft ref number it was partial, but I ent the Pop but still nobody wants to reactivate my line now we are in the weekend and I have to sit without data till sometime next week because the documents department has to allocate the amount. It such an inconvenience because I have made the payment. Ohh and when I requested for a manager yesterday I was told I will get a call back which I didn’t get. Why is it so hard to just resume my line when you hangs received the POP?
