My account was suspended due to non payment, I made a payment for my data card on Wednesday morning… tell me why every time I call I’m told to wait for 24 to 48 hour. Unfortunately when I made the payment I didn’t used the whole eft ref number it was partial, but I ent the Pop but still nobody wants to reactivate my line now we are in the weekend and I have to sit without data till sometime next week because the documents department has to allocate the amount. It such an inconvenience because I have made the payment. Ohh and when I requested for a manager yesterday I was told I will get a call back which I didn’t get. Why is it so hard to just resume my line when you hangs received the POP?

My line was finally activated , but seems that th agents we not forthcoming with me regarding the amount owing, I kept on being told the amount due was R198 but now my account has been debited R502 and received and now my line has been suspended again. Agent is telling me I have to wait 7 to 14 days for line to be activated ….. Telkom is the worst!!!!!!!!
