My home fiber speed package was upgraded from 80/80Mbps to 150/150Mbps as from the 1st of December 2023. Numerous speed tests with LAN and Wi-Fi as well as reboots as advised did not change the speed to 150/150Mbps, that the service people insist that I already been upgraded to. My screenshots that I sent via email cannot be opened at their location for some reason although my clients have never complained about attachments that I've sent elsewhere.
