This company has been illegally debiting my account.We cancelled in the first month due to poor service and the first month was supposed to be free. The router was returned and I received no account from them.This was in 2020 and now in 2024 I am getting calls from debt collectors.

Terrible service and product.Also still troubling me after I was assured that I owed nothing from them. I have contacted them to inform that I am tired and fed up and don't owe anything but they ignored me so I am at my wits end
