Call was logged more than a month ago. My issue of intermittent connectivity has not been solved. Assistance via the WhatsApp number is less than pathetic...non-existent. Feedback is given to me about "known outages" in totally other provinces. No interest in listening to my issue. Logged a complaint on social media, received promises that I will be contacted....NOTHING!!! I don't think the CEO Megan Nicholas has a clue what's happening in her company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ISP...THEY ARE USELESS!!!
