Hi there. I am writing this complaint to you as a dissatisfied customer. I visited Kit Kat at Kliptown and there is a rude lady by the Name of Neli that was rude to us. Shouting accross the Isle after we heard her the first-time around when she said the shop is closing. Please train your staff to have a manner of approach towards us as customer. Thanks
