I was supposed to receive my parcel last week Thursday which was the 14th of December, they couldn’t deliver due to a delay that I was not even notified of, I had to call on Monday to know why my order was not delivered. On Monday I was told my order was left at the warehouse and they will make sure I receive it on Tuesday 19th of December, today is the 20th of December still I am being told stories about my parcel and that I should wait for tomorrow, how many tomorrows can DSV have? I am no longer frustrated but angry at how negligent DSV agents are, your service is so poor, you don’t care about your customers. The documents on that parcel are very important and I need them asap because there is nothing I can do without them and what you are doing is delaying my process. I don’t know what else I need to do now regarding my parcel, rather send it back to China so that I can use another company because I am sick of of your lies.
