DSV - Order taking long, keeps saying "delivery failed"

I've been waiting for days to receive my package. It was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of March but no one came, I only received an sms in the morning stating that my package will be delivered today(6th). On the 7th a consultant from DSV called and asked why does it say delivery failed on his end, I explained (told him I was at home all day and no one called) and he booked for my package to arrive on the 8th/03. I didn't receive any message from DSV driver until around 2pm after sending emails back and forth to MTN customer service cos thats where the package is from. Okay i waited until 5pm and still no one called or came.I'm getting frustrated with this and I need my package as the payment date is approaching and i wouldn't want to pay for something i haven't received or used. I've tried tracking but it's pointless.
Their service is draining honestly

I'm so sorry to hear that.
Yes I received it, fortunately I got numbers of a branch near me, called them and asked about my parcel. Got stories about the finger print scanner being broken and deliveries can't be made, to them also not having a driver to deliver it. But same day after a few hours luckily I was told it will later be delivered.
I hope you get assistance soon. If you haven't gotten yours I suggest you get contacts of a DSV branch near you, Maybe they'll help. Good luck.
