DSV - Delivery failure

According to the online tracking delivery was attempted 3 days in a row and continued failing. I was never contacted for delivery and called the control center on multiple occasions to attempt to find out what the problem is to try and resolve it, no one could help me. I confirmed my address and contact number on multiple occasion het was never contacted to make the delivery and no delivery was ever attempted! Disgusting service. I would not recommend that anyone use DSV courier ever!
