ABSA Bank and DSV Couriers

After many phone calls on Friday, 19 January 2024 and prior, as well as a verbal confirmation by many of your staff members that my Absa card would be delivered today, l still have not received my card.

I am so disappointed in the way Absa as well as DSV Couriers have handled my card after repeatedly giving the changes as requested. Still all incorrect info is being used.

This is the worst customer service l have ever come across.

Both the bank as well as the courier service was not acceptable or up to standard as a service orientated industry. In fact the courier that eventually arrived to deliver my parcel was very dodgy. A scadonk of a private vehicle with two men arrived. Very talkative. Not to mention the bank cards were not activated as per the written instruction letter enclosed. With the result they have still not been activated 3 months down the line. Shocking service from both.

This complaint has been considered as not resolved.
