dstv have not been able to provide a service, Catch up, on my Premium package for which i am paying for. They are constantly telling that they have a technical problem enabling the Catch up to certain decoders. They have promised to have a manager, Xolele , call me in this regard but as usual you never get a call back. Why does this company treat its customers with such disrespect, absolutely disgraceful service.

As a market leader in their field, Multichoice SA really needs to address their call center management lack of interest or response to their customer complaints leading to compounding the anger and frustration of their clients.
