Truworths - Unfair treatment

On 23 July I bought few clothes from Truwoths carlton centre around 5PM then on the 24 I returned only the shoes cause they were hurting me then Nelba told me they cant take them back they will ask their area manager then they called today saying that he says they can't return them cause there's no fault in them and he can't speak with me he's busy so I asked them since they are checking faults on the shoe did they check the shoe comfortability so how can you were something you not feeling comfortable with of which you are paying for it monthly then tell me that I already worn it when would i have known if it's not comfortable with out wearing then
